DEU bietet DEU(!) Truppen an die NATO an
NLD auch an NATO, NOR auch, usw.
SACEUR führt (ja, das ist ein Amerikaner).

DEU hat null, nada, nichts zu sagen über die (Verlegung von) Truppen von andere Länder für Einsatz
3/.. Aber ein DEU General führt doch?
Ja, nur erst im Einsatzgebiet werden die MN Truppen unterstellt.

Keine freie Hand: jedes Land hat im Stab ein Senior National Respresentative der eine Red Card ziehen kann.
Und der General wird befohlen von einem NATO-commander, nicht DEU. Image
