I’m not sure if the recent Evmos proposals even consider identifying the right problem. I came back from winter break, and I saw an utter disappointment.

I admit; There is confusion at times regarding the suggested proposals. But do you think the problem solely drills down to the vocabulary used?

I believe it’s also due to 1) lack of comprehensive explanation and just 2) confusingly written sentences, not necessarily the words chosen.

And if you were to suggest this solution, what would you do to address the language barriers for non-native English speakers like myself?

Building a constitutional norm requires much more thought and elaboration into problem identification.

Identify the problem first, people.
