日本国はクソ使いにくい老害カンパニーが作った私有ソフトウェアに対して助成金出すより先に正の外部性が半端ないデジタル公共財に対して助成・PoCとして採用が必要かなぁ。あとは同じ目的を目指す複数のソフトウェアを支援するとか。
基本的に、デジタル公共財に関しては最終的に得するのは国家なんだから支援すればいいのにと思うが、それが出来ないから滅びるんだよなぁ。当たり前の構造ができないと、未来は縮小していくだけ。
台湾のPol.isも、バルセロナのdecidimも、アメリカがTeslaやSpaceXに対して莫大な助成金を出してるのをみると、政府のいい仕事っていうのはあるね。

サムアルトマンがWorldCoinでUBIの実現を目指す理由が分かった。彼自身がOpenAIで人工知能の研究していると、”民衆の労働<公共財としてのAGI（シンギュラリティ）”の世界線が見えてるんだと思う

なので、彼自身はAGI実現した瞬間に既存の資本主義がぶっ壊れることを知ってるし、それを想定して「世界政府からのUBI」を想定してやってる。
ピーターティールは国家を作ったけど、サムアルトマンは世界政府を作ったな。
