Note the pink sock. H/t to @FischerKing64 for this important vocabulary lesson lol
I spent ten years of my life completely dedicated to mastering the history of philosophy. Racking my brain, chain smoking three packs of cigarettes in one evening pacing back and forth to fully digest an important five pages of Rousseau...
Under-reported aspect of the trans-psyop is how easy it is for mediocre gatekeepers to gain unearned credibility by saying "boys have penises girls have vaginas"
Thus is born the IDW adjacent "centrist," who earns your trust saying boys have penises, and proceeds to shove covid, election, and other orthodoxies down your throat and to frantically gatekeep more organically appealing voices that aren't controlled
It is precisely this "boys have penises" IDW centrist that is shoved down your throat by algorithms, Jordan Petersen, Lex Fridman, Ben Shapiro... it's all the same op.
And frankly it IS a good op, the masses do behave like cattle and typically fall for it
@michaelbd I appreciate your response to the Revolver piece. Charisma and policy are both important and ideally go together
Charisma is much more rare, and unlike policy agenda can't be faked. Charisma gives a leader independence from handlers
@michaelbd Ultimately it depends on what kind of change one thinks is necessary. For a system this corrupt and broken, my sense is nothing short of transformational change is really meaningful.
Charisma is especially necessary to this kind of change
@michaelbd But I'm not saying charisma is everything. Knowledge of how to navigate power, institutional knowledge, are nearly as important --- though these things are different from policy
