But *why* he stole millions of dollars of investor money is really beside the point.
The fact of the matter is that that it was taken by him, to use in ways that were neither disclosed to investors, nor legal.
And I certainly hope @SECGov and the @FBI are paying attention.

I (and others) brought up "irregularities" and questions as to where funds from @CluCoin and @GoobersNFT went. In fact, I submitted nearly 30 questions to the #CluCoin AMA that was supposed to happen in June (and never did).

I traced over a thousand transactions from official @CluCoin wallets, through "unofficial" wallets, showing over $2.7 million in #CluCoin being sold off by @DNPthree without explanation.

I'm not pointing all of this out to say "I told you so".
I'm bringing this up to show that @DNPthree had been *knowingly* stealing (yes, stealing) investor funds for over a year (likely all the way back to June 2021, based on the transaction data I compiled).

He's been actively denying it for all that time, and attacking anyone (like myself) who questioned his intentions (prompting his followers to do the same).
He consistently claimed to be working hard for @CluCoin investors, even while spending *their* money.

Gambling is an addiction, and something that people should seek help for.
But stealing money to fund that addiction isn't something that should be treated lightly.

@_DNPthree doesn't deserve a pass just because he said sorry. And I hope investors in @CluCoin, @GoobersNFT, @XeniaRust, and any other projects he pushed seek appropriate compensation for his actions.
