Here is what I did, my investments, what i’m currently investing in and my advice.

Failure:

Before I start anything, I want to highlight the importance of failure. Nothing in life comes easy. There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme. You will without a doubt fail many times. You must learn to love failure. Failure is your best friend.

Risk Appetite:

I am what you call a risky (or aggressive) investor. Those who believe in themselves and take risks with business and investing will eventually be rewarded in abundance. Great examples are property and #ENS (more info below). High risk = high reward.

Utilise Your Skill:

You must build a business around your skill. This is where you will see most of your income come from.

What exactly are you good at?
⁃Is it copywriting?
⁃Logo design?
⁃Website design?
⁃Sales?

Find your passion and stay consistent.

Ecommerce:

For me, ecommerce is my specialty. I have generated over 8 figures through ecommerce which has funded all of my investments. Before this was possible, i consistently failed and learnt that each time I fail, there is always something to take from it.

Asset Portfolio:

My current asset portfolio is primarily comprised of real estate and then a portion is allocated towards NFT’s/ENS. I would say 90% of my portfolio is in real estate and 10% in NFT’s & ENS. Let’s take a deeper dive on why I highlighted this below.

Real Estate:

Real estate has been king in generating equity. As an example, I purchased 3 properties in 2021 for a total of $4.2 Million. Only 12 months after this, these 3 properties were valued at $5.4 Million. This is a $1.2 Million equity increase within 12 months.

Holding Assets:

When you buy an asset, the key to amassing wealth is holding onto it for as long as possible. As @MYC_006 always says, the long term winners are the holders. Don’t you think those who sold their property 10 years ago regret it today? Of course they do.

ENS:

This is where I am placing my bets. Similar to physical property, #ENS is also a form of property, digitally. ENS is far more scarce than any property you can buy. In 10 years, your digits have the possibility to provide you with wealth you never thought possible.

ENS Scarcity:

With over 7.5 billion people on earth, there can only be 999 3-Digit holders, 10K 4-Digit holders and 100K 5-Digit holders. If only 999/10K properties are available to the entire online ecosystem, don’t you think someone will pay a fortune to own one?

Don’t Sell Early:

ENS is still in its early stage. If you get in now, you’re early. The ROI for accumulating ENS is huge. We’ve already seen many .eth sell for big numbers (sam.eth, 000.eth etc.). When adoption kicks in, the right buyer will pay ten fold for your ENS.

Networking:

This is one of the most important aspects to amassing wealth. Networking with the right individual(s) can set you up for life. Having a good business idea with the right person is a cheat code. Make sure your circle is only full of winners.

Taking Advice:

Lastly, DO NOT EVER take advice from someone who is not in a position you want to be in. I see so many individuals have their dreams crushed due to what their parents, friends or relatives tell them. Avoid the norm. Be different and unique. Be a winner.
