The PLO is a creation the KGB and has only exploited Arab Palestinians since 1964. Arab states also had relations with apartheid SA. Many pan-Africanists were/are not anti-Zionists, and Israel has relations with 80% of the Continent — according to the African Union.
That said, the point of the tweet is that since the Rwandan genocide of 1994, there has been no noticeable, unified Black American voice advocating for Africa. But the false “Israel stole Palestinian land” narrative dominates academia and certain political circles.
