Danish politicians specialized on defense issues are positive to the proposition of 2 Finnish MPs for Denmark to join Finland in a envisioned European-wide project to donate German-made Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine
Denmark has 44 Leopards, Finland has nearly 240.

Anne Valentina Berthelsen, defence spokesperson for the SF party writes:
"Our Finnish sister party has a point in that it is necessary to start donating weapons to Ukraine, which can have a decisive impact on the outcome of the war”

Peder Hvelplund, Defense Spokesperson of the Red-Green Alliance says his party is:
“open to consider the matter if there will be a request from the Ukrainian government to get support in the form of tanks”
The Defense Spokesman of the Danish People's Party, Alex Ahrendtsen:
“Ukraine needs not only Leopard 2, but also modern jets, helicopters and everything else needed to throw the Russians out of Ukraine.
It is in the West's interest to end the war as soon as possible”

The article also contains comments from Danish military experts saying it will become necessary for the West to provide modern tanks to Ukraine sooner or later.
When Ukraine eventually wins and Belarusians secure their freedom, a Warsaw-Kyiv-Minsk triangle will be formed and serve as the right lung of a united Europe of free states,
argues Minister @JacekZalek as he outlines his hopes and dreams for Central and Eastern Europe.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
That is why what happened, Russia's brutal war of aggression, which was initially greeted with silence, did not surprise Poland nor did it surprise Ukraine,
(2/11)
When some argued that Putin's words will come true and Kyiv will fall within three days and that is why it's not worth helping Ukraine since they will lose anyway, Poland was the only country that immediately said we would support the Ukrainians in their fight for freedom. (3/11)
We are living in particularly difficult times, with many problems that appeared in ways that are absolutely beyond our control.
says Minister @KamilBortniczuk as he explains that despite the pandemic and the war, Poland still has one of the lowest unemployment rated in the EU.
The pandemic and the fight against the crisis, forced us to pump hundreds of billions of PLN into the Polish economy, to put it brutally, to ensure Polish companies would not collapse, so that the greatest bane of the Third Republic, unemployment, would not return to Poland.
And we did this successfully - we protected Polish jobs.
We have the second lowest in Europe, after Czechia.
When PiS started to govern, we were second from the bottom in the EU, and we almost had the highest unemployment in Europe.
"Res Publica. Rzeczpospolita. These two words have been mixed in many languages, but don't sound as good in any other language as in Polish. Nowhere else has the Republican tradition been as alive and rich as in Poland''
@AdamBielan "It was the Republic that united our ancestors around common causes, creating a space of freedom and strength for the nations that formed it. For centuries, it was a source of pride and a space for economic and cultural development"

The Republic, reborn after 123 years of partitions, lasted only 2 decades. 20 years of hopes and dreams. Destroyed by war and occupation, suffocated by the yoke of communism, it had to wait another half a century to blossom anew.
We are an important country at the heart of Europe.
We have the chance to put our location and potential to use.
It all depends on whether we let Poland to be forced into a corner and into line, or whether we assert ourselves and stand firm for our interests and independence.
We, @Republikanie_, stand for the defence of Polish interests and independence.
We stand for a strong, modern and sovereign Poland.
We also want Poles to feel safe. That is why we have decided to regulate the laws allowing access to weapons.
During his meeting with his Kazakh counterpart yesterday, Putin proposed that Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan should form a “union based on gas cooperation”.
It’s highly doubtful that anyone would want to enter into a union with Russia after what it did to Ukraine…
(1/2)
Such a union would entail the expansion of the the Central Asia – Center gas pipeline system.
It’s a Gazprom controlled system of natural gas pipelines, which run from Turkmenistan via Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Russia.
(2/?)
The eastern branch includes the Central Asia - Center (CAC) 1, 2, 4 and 5 pipelines, which start from the south-eastern gas fields of Turkmenistan. The western branch consists of the CAC-3 pipeline and a project to build a new parallel Caspian pipeline.
