The 6 y/o boy IS NOT IN JAIL ON A FALSE SC/ST CASE. There is no case on the kid. The mother took her child on her own wish and the court DID NOT sent the child to jail under sc/sc act.@Twitter

The police filed cases under 323, 354, 392, 506, SC/ST under land dispute. And not just sc/st case. Police Station- MuniKiReti, Tehri, Uttarakhand. The judge (Yogesh Kumar Gupta) also stated that there are enough evidence against the accused woman in the chargesheet.

The accused woman called it a conspiracy and pleaded for acquittal. She was asked to file a bail application which she did not file. Due to not filing of a bail application the court sent her to jail.

The accused woman said that her child cannot stay in the house with anyone else and so she TOOK HIM ALONG WITH HER TO JAIL.

The next hearing for this case in today i.e. 9 January 2023.

The original temple existed before Asaf-Ud-Daulah was born. But as FalseIndology also claimed in his thread, the temple was destroyed by Khilji.
So, can a Nawab grant land for construction of a new temple? Yes.
