The CIA and its allies have allegedly activated cells of industrial saboteurs according to anonymous Intelligence community and military sources who recently spoke with Jack Murphy, a U.S. Special Forces veteran turned journalist.
In a Christmas Eve blog post, Murphy claims, "Years in the planning, the campaign is responsible for many of the unexplained explosions and other mishaps that have befallen the Russian military industrial complex since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February..."
The anonymous sources are "three former U.S. intelligence officials, two former U.S. military officials and a U.S. person who has been briefed on the campaign."
“Impact Investing” is supposed to help Big Finance reward socially responsible ventures.
But the Israel Lobby has worked out how to silence the industry’s ability to hold Israel accountable for the violence of its settler colonialism.
In this investigation, @jess_buxbaum shows how a collaboration between the Anti-Defamation League and the Jewish investor network JLens has subverted impact investment to create an “Israel exception” in the rating system of how socially responsible certain investments are.
This is a quote from JLens’ mission statement:
"...to give the Jewish community a strategic presence in this influential arena to promote Jewish values and interests, and to combat BDS which has become the dominant narrative on Israel within the field."
Prolific academic Vijay Prashad explains the U.S. Empire's goals in Latin America, how they've changed since the Monroe Doctrine was announced 200 years ago, and the resistance blocking it from completely dominating the region.
"Hilariously, they still say Guaido is the president of Venezuela, but they're talking to Maduro about getting the oil."
@LeeCamp and @vijayprashad discuss how the Ukraine war forced Biden to negotiate with Nicolas Maduro after the U.S. tried to remove him from power in 2019.
U.S. policy in Latin America for hundreds of years has been to try to overthrow any government that tries to run the country in the interests of the people of that country over those of U.S. corporations, and recent events show that the resistance to those policies is growing.
