The bench has 'Kept Back' Serial Number 63 - which is a JEE Main matter and mover to the next serial number. It means the hearing will take place at the end of the session.
Check Court Hall Number 46 in this image. As per this Serial Number 63 (JEE Main matter) has been 'Kept Back' and will taken up for hearing by the end of the session.
Students need to wait someone time to get an update on hearing of JEE Main 2023.
Usually, Set Aside cases are taken up at the end of the court session.
Additional Solicitor General of India Anil Singh will shortly file an affidavit on JEE Main 2023 which means a response to the PIL filed by Anubha Sahai.
No decision has been taken yet. The government will file its response to the court as per the order of HC in the previous hearing.
