What do they ask?
- how are his grades
- has he gained weight or leaned out
- how are his sleep patterns
- does he eat well
- what’s his off-season throwing program, where is he at at this point 60-80%?
- is he challenging himself outside of his HS and Travel Team training environments?
- what’s unique about the kid?
- how are the parents 🚨🚨🚨
- Dan, would he fit OUR culture here
