Gustavo Masó is an Argentinian painter/artist who makes some very bizarre pieces. Shown in 1st photo on left with bald head. (2019) 
Gustavo Masó gave these two works to Francis for the canonizations of John Paul II and John XXIII.
Masó later did another piece which celebrates the inter-religious work of Francis, Rabbi Skorka, and Moslem Omar Abboud called, ‘Crossing the Invisible’.
This month Gustavo Masó presented Francis with more new works. One was a painting (‘The Hidden Word’) of Jorge Luis Borges whom Francis quoted in Amoris Laetitia, the other was a casting of Francis’ sister’s left hand made into a stone sculpture titled ‘Tangible Desire’. #bizarre
