אכן, טרם התגברתי על גזרות חוק הסמכויות - שכבר כאן ועוד מעט לעוד שנה, ומשום כך חרדת האיום התיאורטי של פסקת ההתגברות אף •מזיקה• ממש לשארית הדמוקרטיה - שכן, לא רק שהמפגינים-מזדעזעים החדשים מוחקים את ראשית ההחרבה בטענה שההתגברות לבדה היא היא החרבה (לא המשך או תוספת החרבה) -

השימוש בטיעון ההגנה על זכויות אדם כדי להגן על בג״ץ - מגלם בתוכו הנחה שבלי בג״ץ אין זכויות אדם. אך זכויות אדם הן מולדות ואינן זקוקות למנדט או אישור מאף גוף - הן של האדם.

בג״ץ יכול צריך וראוי שיהיה פרוקסי להגנת האזרח מול הכוח השלטוני, בפועל הוא מגן על בג״ץ = וכך גם מול הרפורמה >>
