🥁 Drumroll, please 🥁 Earlier today, President & CEO @paulakerger took to the #TCA23 stage to announce a few of the incredible programs coming your way in 2023! Here’s what you need to know (thread):
Every day is Earth Day for us. 🌎 This year, we’re launching an unprecedented environmental and climate programming initiative that explores impacts on the nation and planet. Programs include the new series "Human Footprint," season 2 of #AmericaOutdoorsPBS, & much more. #TCA23
Climate Change is a global problem, but the varied impacts are *felt* locally. This spring, @novapbs will lead a national campaign — "Climate Across America" — spotlighting this key issue, which includes two new programs: "Weathering the Future" & "Chasing Carbon Zero." #TCA23
As a follow-up to his Tony-nominated play "Latin History for Morons," @johnleguizamos sets out on an ambitious journey to discover lost Latino heroes throughout history in his new, three-part series "American Historia." Don’t miss it this August! 📅 @TheWNETGroup #TCA23
Coming to your screens this October: @KenBurns traces the near demise — and ultimate return — of the United States' national mammal in a new two-part, four-hour film, "The American Buffalo." 🦬 #TCA23
Two new documentaries — "Boston School Battle" and "The Harvest" — explore the deeply mixed legacy of America's efforts to racially integrate public schools. Add these films to your must-watch list this fall. 📽️@AmExperiencePBS #TCA23
Another incredible season of #RecipePBS with host @alwaysalejandra & judges Leah Cohen, @MasterChefTD and @grahamelliot is (almost) finished cooking! 👩‍🍳🔪 This summer, welcome a new set of home cooks who are hungry to win "The Great American Recipe." #TCA23
Cue the lights: We're celebrating Black excellence in theatre with an all-new concert — #BlackBroadwayPBS! 🎤✨ Experience the musical classics made famous by Black artists and join us in lifting up the next generation of Black Broadway stars this February. #TCA23

It's no surprise that #NationalTacoDay falls on Taco Tuesday, and we're always ready to celebrate. Here's a 🧵 of our favorite taco recipes.
First on the list? Great American Recipe winner Silvia Martinez's Tri-Tip Tacos. These tacos include a triangular cut of beef seasoned with a dry rub, grilled over oak wood, and served in slices with salsa, green salad, and beans. Find the recipe here: to.pbs.org/3SSaW1x
There might not be anything better than shrimp tacos with salty chips and fresh avocado. Trust us on this one. Find the recipe here: to.pbs.org/3M6ohBd
