FLASH: Lagos State Taxi Drivers and Cab Operators Association have endorsed Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for President and Governor @jidesanwoolu for 2nd Term today at the Tinubu/Shettima and Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat Independent Campaign Council Office, GRA Ikeja.
The President of the Association, Otunba Omolekan Taiwo says Asiwaju Bola Tinubu @officialABAT is their Grand Patron and he has never left them since he was Governor of the State till date.
He commended Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu for the good work he is doing across Lagos State, he says members of their association have also benefitted from the Lagos Ride initiative of the current administration.
The President says members of the association have all collected their Permanent Voters Card and they are also sensitizing other members of the public to collect their PVCs to vote for all APC Candidates.
The Chairman of the Independent Campaign Council (ICC), Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku commended the association for their hardwork for so many years in the transport sector and their honesty.
Cardinal James Odunmbaku says Asiwaju did very well as Governor of Lagos State and he will replicate it as President of Nigeria when he becomes president.
He says Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has made the party and the nation proud with all the developmental projects he is carrying out across the State.

[PRESIDENT IN LAGOS]: The Lagos State Government has announced that traffic will be restricted on Monday 23rd January with diversion on the Island on Tuesday 24th January, 2023 in preparation for the visit of Mr. President to Lagos State.
Lagos State Ministry of Transportation, the Commissioner, Dr. Frederic Oladeinde assured that alternative routes have been mapped out as well as the deployment of the State Traffic Management Authority, @followlastma to manage Traffic flow during the 2 day visit.
Explaining the routes that would be manned by the LASTMA Personnel, the Commissioner stated that; on the First day which is Monday 23rd, movement around Lagos Rice Mill, Imota in Ikorodu, and the Lekki Deep Port Sea axis will be restricted.

FLASH: The Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences (Mobile) Court yesterday sentenced an arrested fake Lastma Officer (David Oluchkwu) to a 4-month jail term for impersonating and extorting money from motorists particularly commercial bus drivers in Lagos
The convicted fake Lastma Officer was arraigned by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) on a 2-Count charges of "Conduct likely to cause breach of peace" and "Impersonation" before the court.
Magistrate Adesanya emphasized that the convict should serve the 4 months jail term without any option fine due to the gravity of the offences committed.
