Just FYI: Former NATO Military Committee chief Petr Pavel would defeat former PM Andrej Babiš in the second round of the presidential election next weekend with 57.7 % of the vote according to the latest poll.

Some of my followers ask me to mention also other translation of the Babis statement as: “Absolutely not” or “Certainly not”.

He simply very strongly refused to follow the basic principles of NATO…

We are now just 4 days from the 2nd round of presidential elections where Babis faces former NATO Military Committee Petr Pavel.

Babis is in under extreme pressure to buzz with the momentum which is on Pavel’s side. 2/x

Both polls from the last two days show Pavel in lead with e.g. 57,7 % votes. Such a result would make Babiš the most heavily defeated candidate since the introduction of direct presidential elections. 3/x
