1. Obsessive Love Disorder or OLD is currently NOT classified as a mental health condition under the
the DSM-5 nor APA's diagnostic.

2. Since OLD is not classified as a mental health condition, it is hard for it to have an identifiable cause BUT this disorder has been linked to other mental health disorders like PTSD, OCD, and BPD (and more).
