Nicola Sturgeon grilled hard about #AdamGraham by Douglas Ross in #FMQ just now. He pushed her “the prisoner is in a women’s prison right now!” But she prevaricated around “segregation”. She’s all over the place in her statements and panicking.
Oooh he continued “the first minister is hiding behind the Scottish Prison service but they are a government agency accountable to SNP ministers. So all this really comes down to is what ministers decide”
and he’s asked “was there any ministerial involvement to send this rapist to a women’s prison… and will this First Minister intervene and remove this double rapist from Corton Vale?” Sturgeon returns to saying he won’t be incarcerated at CV but won’t confirm he isn’t there now

She won’t answer and goes back to saying it’s up the the Scottish Prison Service but Ross waves the rules part Rule 19.1 at her which says that ministers can intervene in where a prisoner is located. Why won’t you @NicolaSturgeon ?
Instead of answering she goes points out that “trans women” aren’t inherently violent and it is predatory men who pose a risk. So rather than discuss the safety of women she needs to appease the trans activists. Right here, right now @NicolaSturgeon you’ve a rapist who is trans
What is your vested interest in saying “not all trans women though” …. It’s utterly pointless. You said this situation doesn’t and won’t happen but it is here happening and you’re looking at it like someone shat on your carpet before cocktails.
