I have questions for Canadian people since a lot of US trans people are forming a backup plan right now and I might too 1. Would Winnipeg be safe for me to exist in as visibly trans and genderqueer as long as I stay near the city areas? Or should I plan on Toronto/Vancouver
2. For people that have became Canadian citizens later in life and have PTSD or other disabilities: what additional barriers were there? If I don't have these listed on my health records, do they still make you take one of those mental health questionnaires before entry?
3. Those that moved from the US to Canada, what are the downsides compared to the US and do you wish you had considered other countries or one in particular? 4. Can you afford a 1 bed apartment, groceries, bills, and still have spending and saving money without a college degree?
someone quickly and expeditiously start developing totally open source alternatives for these free apps that sell your data and set it up in a way that makes it impossible to sell out and also set up the apps to store as little user data as possible
goodrx has no reason to collect user data other than profiting from it. Maybe the answer is also having these types of apps be decentralized, having many competitors. They can all have the same category name, so people can recommend "open source prescription discount apps" ...
and app stores will know what that means and pull up the decentralized, open source apps that get people prescription discounts.
Maybe to get back at goodrx for being shady, some of them could be designed to scrape goodrx's coupons, using accounts that skew their data collection.
