4) At the NGOs the money is “washed” and they are free to allocate to various private biolab companies, but funding looks like it’s not coming from the US government.

5) Then these private biolab companies do illegal biological research offshore, beyond government oversight, with laundered money, in the Deep State proxy of Ukraine. Black ops.

Then they share the research, aka “traffic deadly pathogens”, back to Big Pharma companies in the US.

6) Big Pharma uses research to make vaccines that don’t work, make billions, kick-back enormous sums of money to Ideologues who facilitated the plan, they use the funding for their political campaigns so they retain power, and the cycle continues.
