Ok you guys wanna know my big art secret on how to get base colors that don’t look flat when you’re as lazy as me?
It’s this and it’s really easy. I’ll explain in the comments ⬇️
So basically it’s the same brush but one has slightly different settings in the "colour dynamics" section. By adding some colour jitter to the hue, saturation etc, the brush will give you a different colour for every stroke you make
Smaller percentage will give you a slighter change and a higher percentage a harsher change. Just play around with the settings a little until you’re satisfied :)
These were actually done with the same color lol
Oh also this works with every brush so no need to say goodbye to your favs!
Here is a little comparison on a drawing. This is only base color nothing else added :-)
Ok that’s it. Have fun

Steddie neighbors AU where one of them just moved into the house next door and the windows of their rooms are facing each other and they start communicating through little messages written on paper ⬇️
First they’re kinda annoyed by each other (jock hating the metalhead and vice versa) and it’s messages like "how loud do you have to play that metal shit“ - "it’s not shit. And I’ll stop when you stop playing tears for fears on full volume, fucker“ but they slowly grow more
fond of each other when one day Steve shows up in his room super angry and on the verge of tears and Eddie writes on his paper ”you ok over there?“ and Steve answers “no not really“. Eddie’s not sure how to cheer him up so the only thing he thinks of is:
