What is Kratom?

Kratom is a plant that is often called mytragina speciosa. Many grow in Southeast Asia,and have many benefits.

Many people use Kratom for its myriad positive benefits,restored balance,feelings of optimism,and improved recovery from exercise-induced soreness.
Kratom leaves contain several types of alkaloid compounds that are good for the body, including:

Mitragynine
7-hydroxymitragynine
Speciociliatine
Corynantheidine
Speciogynine
Paynantheine
Mitraphylline
Kratom contains the alkaloids mitraginine and 7-hydroxymitagynine, shown to have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, or muscle relaxant effects.

How to use kratom?

If used in low doses 1-6 grams / maximum per day. Kratom has a stimulant effect on the body to increase stamina, increase concentration and improve mood.
Kratom leaves are also often used as a natural pain reliever. This is thanks to the content of alkaloids in kratom leaves, especially mitragynine and 7-hydroxygynine, which have anti-pain (analgesic) and anti-inflammatory effects,-
Kratom leaf extract is also used as an alternative medicine to relieve acute and chronic pain, for example pain due to arthritis or arthritis, back pain, and fibromyalgia.
If used in certain doses, kratom leaves can cause a sedative effect and work like a sedative or antidepressant. The benefits of kratom leaves are considered to relieve anxiety and depression. Apart from relieving anxiety and depression, kratom leaves are also believed to be,-
able to overcome hallucinations because they have an antipsychotic effect. This leaf has also been used as a traditional medicine to treat coughs, diarrhea, fever, and even diabetes.
What happens if we use too much? This is according to my experience, I only feel a little dizzy and nauseous in 2 days. I overcome it by drinking pure coconut water or orange water. After that back to normal.
Use kratom responsibly, with the right dosage.
If you can't stand the bitter taste, you can mix it with coffee, tea, milk, honey, zero alcohol energy drinks or vitamin C drinks. Do not mix kratom with alcohol or dangerous active substances.
