Croft: I don't have the lab report in front of me.
Griffin: Have you ever found the murder weapons?
Waters: Objection.
Judge: Overruled
Croft: Not that I'm aware of.

Jim Griffin points out markers 5, 6 & 7. -from what Croft just explained about the ejection path of the rifle, where would the shooter be standing?

Croft: It's likely the shooter would be to the upper side of those rounds.

Griffin questioning Croft about, "It was so bad, I did him so bad."
Griffin: Are you 100% confident in I vs. they?
Croft: I'm 100% confident in what I heard and interpreted him saying
Griffin: What did you do in response to that?
Croft: I made a mental note of it.

Griffin: If the only guy you are suspecting said, "I did him so bad", isn't that a significant statement if he actually said that?
Croft: Definitely something we would follow up with.
Griffin: But you never followed up with it, did you?
Croft: We didn't make it to that point

Agt. Croft still says he doesn't hear "they".
