You'll be analysing football and people will be talking:
- Cry
- Pain
You can't be this stupid na. This is why clubs spend heavily to appease fans because some of you are obsessed with price not value. Did you see me celebrate Liverpoo spending €100million on Nunez?
Imagine bragging about how much ypunspent on a player instead of the quality of the player.
It is one thing to sign a young player to grow under your tutelage. It is another thing to spend a record fee on him. My belief is world class fee should be spent on world class player.
If you must cough out 100 million for a player, he must have played £100 million worth of football or shown the quality to the point he only needs a bigger stage.
That is how Arsenal wanted ro spend £70million on Caicedo. What a joke!
The market is not the problem. Market is not arbitrary. You are the market.
Why are you spending so much on average quality?
Ordinary £35million we spent on Andy Caroll, I have notbforgiven Liverpool. I still curse them for signing Unez because he is not worth more than £10 million.
Nobody should be that stupid with money. Football is not hard. We play this thing.
The worst part is that, there are very few talented players in this generation of footballers. It is all hype.
But I get the excitement of a new signing. People get easily carried away. I've passed that stage many years ago. I'm more interested in quality.
It is sad and unfortunate some of you always reason football from club angle and rivalry, thinking everything is shrouded in jealousy and hate. Some of us are first football fans before club loyalist.
My summer signing was Jesus and my Winter signing is Mudryk. None play for LFC

Life can be so cruel. But it is not the cruelty itself that hurts most but the timing of it. Why do evil occurrences happen just when you need grace or finally stepping into the light?
Your parents struggle to raise you and your siblings by denying themselves luxuries and basic wants for your comfort. But just when you finally make a big financial break, death takes them.
You go through series of abusive and toxic relationship that dims your light and push you to depression. You finally find a partner who loves you with sincere kindnesses in spite of yourself, helps you heal, and makes you feel like you live in a dream.
After seeing a movie, I won't read the original book if such movie is an adaptation, no matter how good the book review is. This is because I can't use my imagination anymore as I already have cinematic exposure of the content.
Likewise, haven read a book, it becomes difficult seeing the movie. Half of the content is lost in adaptation. Moreover, I already have a mental picture of the plot and characters which would be adulterated by cinema.
Hence, whichever one I see first, I stick to it.
"You love the movie, you should read the book, it is even better"
No, thank you.
"I'm glad you like the book. There is a movie adaptation on Netflix."
The movie encapsulates the overwhelming burden of human existence. Waiting while everyone around you get things on a platter can break the human spirit. The question remains, how do we endure the long-suffering faithfully?
Ever sat down to imagine how many people on Twitter are broken apart by their reality but are here with us using the app as an escape from pain? Many are broken but they have to keep up appearances for the public in order not to appear vulnerable.
Broken dreams, disappointment, unemployment, generational yoke of poverty, barrenness, academic failure, broken marriages or engagement, loss of a benefactor or breadwinner, loss of a lover or love one among others.
During every election season or political debate, there is conflict of agenda as people try to promote their candidate or favourite politician above another. Statistics and projects fly from all angles.
What if there is an app where all Government projects can be tracked by all?
eyemark.ng is a platform that helps you track government projects and spending. Thus, ensuring accountability.
With Eyemark, you can track projects at all levels of Government from the Federal to the State to the LGA. You can also track big and small projects.
The platform is user friendly. You can track any project by the ministry, state or sector. You can also see the contractor and it informs you if the project is ongoing, completed or yet to kick off.
If you want to pretend not to know the difference between discipline and physical abuse, we can as well pretend not to know the difference between talking to your child and verbally abusing them.
Afterall, words many of you use on kids does more damage on kids than flogging.
Everyone is a communication expert on Twitter. You can't communicate with your partner, employees, younger ones, junior colleagues, helps and everyone you have power over without being vile and condescending but you automatically turn Jesus everytime your kids are in the wrong.
If you can't discipline kids without physically abusing them, you definitely can't talk to them without verbally abusing them.
Physical abuse hurts. Verbal abuse destroys.
Many times, those carrying out one of the abuse, carry out the other concurrently.
