You can't be this stupid na. This is why clubs spend heavily to appease fans because some of you are obsessed with price not value. Did you see me celebrate Liverpoo spending €100million on Nunez?

Imagine bragging about how much ypunspent on a player instead of the quality of the player.

It is one thing to sign a young player to grow under your tutelage. It is another thing to spend a record fee on him. My belief is world class fee should be spent on world class player.

If you must cough out 100 million for a player, he must have played £100 million worth of football or shown the quality to the point he only needs a bigger stage.

That is how Arsenal wanted ro spend £70million on Caicedo. What a joke!

The market is not the problem. Market is not arbitrary. You are the market.

Why are you spending so much on average quality?

Ordinary £35million we spent on Andy Caroll, I have notbforgiven Liverpool. I still curse them for signing Unez because he is not worth more than £10 million.

Nobody should be that stupid with money. Football is not hard. We play this thing.

The worst part is that, there are very few talented players in this generation of footballers. It is all hype.

But I get the excitement of a new signing. People get easily carried away. I've passed that stage many years ago. I'm more interested in quality.

It is sad and unfortunate some of you always reason football from club angle and rivalry, thinking everything is shrouded in jealousy and hate. Some of us are first football fans before club loyalist.
