The power command to use is
sudo reminder <TIME_INTERVAL> <YOUR_MESSAGE>
For example
"sudo reminder 3h go for a walk" will set a reminder in 3 hours.

This was fun cause I finally got to use QStash from @upstash. Super cool product that lets developers easily setup message queues.
The reason I have the 24h restriction is because Whatsapp has a 24h window when a user initiates a conversation.
So I could send the message after but unless the user has continued to chat with the not it would fail. Kinda annoying but that's the messaging gods for ya.
