The EMRI is an evidence-based tool designed to curb election manipulation, facilitate strategic election planning and promote citizens oversight of the electoral process. It's a guide on how we can be VIGILANT & ensure DILIGENCE of election in line with the electoral act.

Obidients must ensure to implement the EMRI strategies (esp the mitigation measures) ahead of the election in all State for coherent monitoring and to prevent any form of election manipulation. It's very critical bcos this analyis are factual!
