On March 6, when this screen record happened, I traveled to the Medfield Police to meet up with my PI Mark Chaupetta, where we were delivering them something for an ongoing investigation. I had initially filed a report with MPD on February 26, and they wanted me to come back to give them something. From there Mark and I traveled to the Dedham Police Department to file another report. After that I traveled to Meredith's apartment in South Boston. The entire time I was being stalked and followed by Jennifer McCabe, who somehow knew I was going to be at MPD that morning. Allow me to explain.

Jennifer McCabe knew that I would be going to the Medfield Police that morning because she had been tipped off my Brian Tully. This is a woman who claimed to be intimidated by me, and I had just been released from jail a week or so prior. Despite claiming to be scared of me, Jen McCabe, Lisa Crisileo (long term girlfriend of Tim Albert), and her sister Julie Crisileo organized what they called "operation stakeout." They listened to my bus stop live that morning to see what time I would be leaving Holden, so they could determine when I would arriving in Medfield, and what time they had to be there to stalk me.

Jen McCabe knew that I would recognize her car, just like I did when it was parked outside of the Proctor's house on September 25, 2023, so she said that it wasn't a good idea if she drover Operation Stakeout. She did agree to finance it by paying for the gas though. They plotted to pick up Lindsey Gaetani in Medfield, despite knowing that she had a restraining order on me. This would be just the second time Jen McCabe met LG in person. Both times it was because Jen knew that she would be coming physically close to me, knowing about the existence of the order.

In April former CNN anchor @SusanHendricks contacted me and invited me to @CrimeCon in Denver on September 6 to be interviewed by her on the main stage. She spent the next 4 months lying to me and @eupaulaprado as we rearranged our lives to make it happen. I had no intention of writing about this, but since she's blatantly ignoring me because she doesn't have the dignity or respect to apologize or attempt to make things right, I felt compelled to tell the whole story. Susan reached out to me in April and invited me to be on the main stage with her at @CrimeCon on September 6.

On April 29 she specifically said that she spoke with a woman at Crime Con named Kelly about being on the main stage with mer, and that Crime Con had given her the green light. It was a done deal.

The Commonwealth is alleging that I committed felony witness intimidation on the night of 12/23 at the FV’s house. It's time to tell the real story, which I did in this article and will do in this Twitter thread: tbdailynews.com/commonwealth-c…

I was indicted on 2/22/24, and at my arraignment the next day (the day I was released from jail) the special prosecutor said that I demanded to go to the fake victim’s apartment after finding out she had received a summons to testify in front of the grand jury, and forced her to let me go through her phone. The Commonwealth alleges that I “told her in no uncertain terms that when she went to the grand jury, she was going to tell them that she knew nothing about the case.” They also claim that I “told her he wanted to delete data related to the Read case that was on her phone, and that I “threatened her in saying that if she didn’t cooperate, he would destroy her in front of her kids by publishing old probate court records that he had acquired.”

All of this can be proven to be untrue simply by reviewing screenshots of our conversation from December 21-23. Some of these are embarrassing for me to share, as they are private in nature and never intended to be seen by a larger audience. Unfortunately the Commonwealth has chosen to exploit a dangerous woman with a clear agenda to, in her own words, “fucking destroy” me, so sharing these messages is the only way I can defend myself.

On December 21 I was doing my live show when she began rage texting me, accusing me of talking about her (I wasn’t, and had never mentioned her name on my show at that time). She then abruptly changed course, sending me sexual pictures of herself, calling me “Daddy,” asking me for gym pics, and then inviting me over to her apartment the next day after my arraignment for a threesome.

After my successful arraignment on December 22, in which the stay away orders against the McAlberts were all dropped, FV called me but I didn’t pick up. She said she watched and that she was happy for me. She also said that she had something important she needed to talk about, but then told me not to call or text her for a couple hours and wouldn’t explain why. I told her she was being shady, but little did I know the reason she didn’t want me calling her was because Brian Tully had shown up at her apartment. If I knew that Brian Tully even knew who she was I would’ve immediately figured out that she had been working with them to set me up.

As you've seen in the Bederow Leters, Kate "Krusty Panties" Peter played an integral part in setting up my arrest in October, December, and February. Lt. John Fanning testified that she is their ONLY source of information on me. Some of you may only know Krusty as the ratchet chick on Twitter who defends the McAlberts. But she has been obsessively trying to put me in jail for the last 4 years and has falsified evidence more times than I can count to do so. This is a quick thread of some of her greatest hits.

After I fired Krusty for stealing from me (she used to write blogs and stream on my YouTube channel) I found out about the fact that she lost 2 of her kids due to years of neglect and abuse. In order to try to stop me from writing about it she got a TEMPORARY ex-parte order that was denied at a 2 party hearing a week later. In the week leading up to the trial she logged into the Turtleboy Facebook page because she still had access to my passwords on a Google doc. She then posted a threatening message to herself, pretending to be me, and called the police in an attempt to have me violated. Luckily Facebook keeps login information for pages, and I was able to see that she used an alt account of hers called Aitch Paul to log in at the time of the post, and then removed herself as an admin. The login showed it came from an Android. She is an Android user.

The day after she pretended to be me and made it seem like I was threatening to "burn" everything Kate loved to the ground, she announced on Discord that a truck at her work had been lit on fire. She was implying that I did it. I've shown the images she shared to several firefighters who told me that this was an intentional and controlled fire that was also intentionally put out. Notice the fire just stopped burning on the seats, there is no damage to the steering wheel, and there is no smoke residue on the windshield, indicating that whoever did this kept the door open and then quickly extinguished the fire before it could blow the car up. Whoever did this didn't wanna destroy the entire truck, they just wanted to make it look like someone was targeting Krusty. They also knew that there were no security cameras in that area, which Kate also posted about on Discord.

I'm going to be reviewing the entire Read trial from the beginning in the months leading up to Trial 2. "I hit him" was one of the great hoaxes of all time, and the most common thing you hear from the Food Stamp 5 and other McAlbert supporters. 3 of the 10 first responders on the scene who testified said they heard it, but I believe that only one of them was lying. "She says she did it" is a common refrain from these simple minded morons. Unfortunately the Commonwealth, which has all the guns and the gavels, has adopted this argument, so we have to spend time debunking it.

It's important to point out that of all the first responders on scene that morning, the ONLY one police interviewed prior to charging Karen Read was Katie McLaughlin. We know that McLaughlin is dishonest because she lied about her close relationship with Caitlin Albert. She was hand picked by Kevin Albert, who brokered a meeting between her and Proctor, even though CPD was conflicted off the case. McLaughlin admitted that her story about what she heard Read say evolved over time.

Canton Police Officer Tim Taylor, a lifelong Canton resident, has spent the last 6 months investigating a guy named Rick for leaving rubber duckies around town with "Colin did it" written on them. Today he charged Rick with 12 counts, including felony witness intimidation, criminal harassment, and littering. In the 36 page report he definitively states that allegations Colin Albert and John O'Keefe were inside Brian Albert's house were "disproven" at trial. He cites Nicholas Guarino's expertise, and claims that telling Chris and Colin to "tell the truth" is witness intimidation, because it means you're trying to get them to change their testimony. This guy is the biggest fucking toolbag, and should be embarrassed to be a police officer. Reading the entire report now, and it's the craziest thing I've ever read.

Officer Taylor was Chris Albert's personal escort at the Board of Selectmen meeting I attended on September 26, 2023:

Officer Taylor spent 6 months investigating these rubber ducks, and his investigation letters of preservation, the execution of search warrants, and surveillance. Everything his department didn't do for John O'Keefe. If you ever see this man in public, please point and laugh at him. Just mock him relentlessly.
