A 2-day-old baby giraffe was left without its mother and wandered into a homestead in Amboseli, Kenya. The young baby was received with joy and cared for by the members of the homestead who fed it with cow’s milk.
They called IFAW’s rangers at Olgulului Community Wildlife Ranch (OCWR), to let them know about their newest visitor. The rangers rushed to the homestead and safely transported the giraffe to Amboseli National Park where the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) offices are located.
It was then decided that it would be best to airlift it to the KWS headquarters in Nairobi. It was hard for everyone to say goodbye as all who had interacted with it had grown very fond of it.

Berlin 1884, The conference that divided Africa.

The colonizers sat in Berlin in Germany 🇩🇪 to divide Africa among themselves as their personal and private properties. This was done at their free will without the presence of any African.
They freely took away Africa's valuable resources such as Gold, Diamond, Bauxite to build their countries and economy without paying a penny to any African. After all, Africa was their property so whom were they to make payments to?
They took away from the African society, the most intelligent, the strongest, the most skilled, and the most healthy human capital and made them slaves to force them to give them all the inventions of our society.

South Africa's infamous ultra-marathon cheats.

In 1999, during the 90th Comrades Marathon Africa, runner Sergio Motsoeneng finished ninth. When he was about to receive the $10,000 prize offered to the first ten finishers, the first complainant arrived.
Some runners claimed they were never overtaken by Sergio and were suspicious of the man's muscle relaxation despite having run a good 89 km. Moreover, many witnesses claimed to have seen him abandon the race several times and then return.
The first investigations begin and the photos inspected immediately revealed discordant elements: each time the athlete returned for the marathon, the watch was on a different wrist, first on the right, then on the left, then again on the right, and then again on the left.

On January 29, 1974, the Jackson 5 boarded a plane headed for Dakar, Senegal, in the early evening hours. They were scheduled to play their first concerts there and for the Jackson brothers, this would be their very first trip to the African continent. Image
They landed in Dakar, Senegal, early the next morning, just before sunrise, with an entourage of about two-dozen associates and members of the press. They were greeted by dignitaries, government officials, traditional dancers, and crowds of fans as they deplaned, and they
were quickly led into a VIP lounge inside the airport for a quick press conference. After meeting with the press, they spent more time watching the dancers, and eventually joined them, trying to learn their steps.
