Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sale....

You might have seen the massive figures of Patanjali. The sales went up up and away. From 5000 Crores to touch 30,000 Crores. You saw shops opening everywhere, the pace was massive. Shops came up within 100 meters of each other. Greedy

businessmen thought that Baba has blessed them, little realizing that they had blessed the Baba.

That is when Patanjali achieved primary sales, to the distributors. The distributors in turn sold the goods to these shops marking the secondary sale.

But consumers were few and far

in between. Thus tertiary sales, that to consumers were slow to take off. And then products started expiring on the display shelf. And the company refused to take back expired products.

As a consequence of this, stores started to close down. And with stores closing down,

My understanding from this Budget 2023:

Budget 2023 new tax regime for Salaried people - Checked the posts of new and old tax regime. My understanding is below . Govt pushing us to new tax regime (in 2 years there will be no old regime) with flat tax structure like western

countries say 25-30 % .In new tax regime there is no exception of 80C, 80 D etc but flat tax cut .There is no big difference between both tax regime but biggest loss is savings which is in indians blood.Most of salaried persons invest in LIC, Bonds, PPF and even take Medical

insurance etc for tax.That will be impacted unless they are aware.They are moving us to spending culture (Already we are in consumer world) like western countries so corporates business will get benefited and inturn govt will get GST and corporate tax .In western countries like

ஒரு மனிதன் இந்தியாவின் தென்கோடியில் இருந்து வடகோடி வரை நடந்து கடந்திருக்கிறான்.

crores Adani took from LIC, banks and other financial institutions and how he used the public loan money to buy public properties like Airports and railway stations.

If Adani goes bankrupt or if he escape from country LIC,banks,many financial institutions will be at risk.

Indian Banks already suffering
because of so many Gujju loan defaulters escaped from the country and also Govt write off crores of loans of crony capitalists in last 8 years.
