Let's step back from your raging lack of actual substantive, consistent reasons for denying someone the right to an abortion for a sec.

Let's look at the manner in which you'd have to go about implementing your restrictions/bans:

Be honest: you're all in the same group of the "they're coming for you, they want to take your...., they're trying to implant the 5g trackers in your..." camps. We know it. Big on privacy, aren't ya?

Ok, let's start at the end first:

Somehow, you're in the room right when an abortion is about to take place. How'd you get there?

You say, "well, we heard that the mother's life may be in danger, so we're here to see to what degree..."

Ok. How'd you get that information?

"Well, we were in one of the appointments..."

Ok. How'd you get in there? What if you're not invited?

"We got access to the medical files..."

Here's the thing:

There isn't any way - read that again, ANY WAY - for you to even begin to involve yourself in the process
in order to have the slightest bit of information to do ANYTHING related to a pregnancy without

VIOLATING THEIR MEDICAL PRIVACY.

Y'all need to get this through your heads:

If the means by which you have to enforce your desired ends necessarily involves the total - YES, TOTAL - elimination of medical privacy, it's time you accept that YOU are the evil you've been claiming you're afraid of.

Spouses do not have HIPAA rights. One has to specifically allow a spouse/partner access.

They'll stop granting it.

You won't be invited to doctor's appointments. You won't be told of the results.

Pregnancy tests will be taken in private. If they fear you'll bust down the bathroom door, they'll go elsewhere. You will never get to know.

If they get nauseous in the morning, you may suspect they're pregnant. You won't get to know. They won't tell you.

Imagine a toddler is being abused and someone is sent to "check on" that child. You don't have to touch the parents. Their bodily autonomy and medical privacy can be 100% preserved while you do:

Via ultrasound? Nope. Pregnant person's body.

Via cervical exam? Nope. Pregnant person's body.

Via blood test? Nope. Pregnant person's body.

Get it yet?

You cannot interact with a fetus in ANY WAY without the pregnant person's approval.
