◾️ The United States is committed to working with China wherever possible to advance the interests of Washington and the world at large;

◾️ Washington will act if China's moves threaten their sovereignty;

◾️ Defeating the PRC in the competitive struggle will rally the USA;

◾️ Democracies have gotten stronger over the past two years, autocracies have gotten weaker, and the US is leading the rest of the world.
