The State mandates the training requirements to keep up with the code changes and our personnel are keeping up with it #fincom0208
The Building inspection dept does have bench strength to cover in the case of the key individuals needing to be replaced #fincom0208
They find few exceptions in the field due to the quality of data and zoning info available so the developers know what they need to do and can do it as opposed to not catching up to a change #fincom0208
