Don't wanna go full conspiracy mode here, but it's pretty likely to me there's a Discord or some equivalent somewhere where a bunch of mentally ill teens who are potential school shooters get goaded into "beating the high score", by each other & probably also by anonymous adults
There's been a problem on Discord forever where pedos start a server & get a userbase for it mostly of minors then blackmail the kids into doing all kinds of shit by doxxing them. If you have kids already interested in murder it wouldn't be too hard to instrumentalize w/pressure
I never finished it cuz it's pretty repetitive & boring, but the entire conceit of James Mason's Siege is to convince "radicals" to attack the State with what is essentially right-wing propaganda of the deed & trigger a chain reaction of similar events to raise consciousness.
