Brief Thread compiling disparate links I have come across regarding recent examples of Special Forces, US intelligence, national security & banks collaborating with/facilitating the drug trade. Most of these come from this excellent compilation of info rhizzone.net/forum/topic/14…
finance.yahoo.com/news/confirmed… "...between the years 2000 and 2012, the U.S. government had an arrangement with Mexico's Sinaloa drug cartel that allowed the organization to smuggle billions of dollars of drugs while Sinaloa provided information on rival cartels"
High level Cartel member indicats "a 'simulated war' in which the Mexican & US governments are willing to show favor to a dominant narcotrafficking organization in order to minimize the violence and business disruption in the major drug plazas, or markets" narconews.com/Issue67/articl…
narconews.com/Issue40/articl… DoJ attorney claims DEA "are on drug traffickers’ payrolls, complicit in the murders of informants who knew too much...directly involved in helping Colombia’s infamous rightwing paramilitary death squads to launder drug money."
In 2012 HSBC, a bank with origins in the 19th century opium trade controlled by Britain, caught laundering over $800 million for "the Cartel" investopedia.com/stock-analysis…
Immediately before becoming Trump's ghoul, Steve Bannon, a former high-level Naval intelligence officer and Goldman Sachs banker worked in Florida with a Gambino-affiliated private equity rapist (heraldtribune.com/story/news/loc…) & resided in a "porn & meth house" americanindependent.com/steve-bannons-…
2023: "At least 13 soldiers assigned to U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, are under investigation for drug trafficking" military.com/daily-news/202…
2018: "a decorated U.S. Army Special Forces soldier was arrested and charged in relation to an attempt to smuggle 90 pounds of cocaine from Colombia to Florida, but he may just be one player in a multimillion-dollar operation" taskandpurpose.com/news/special-f…
2019: Two Army Green Berets plead guilty in plot to smuggle 90 pounds of cocaine from Colombia armytimes.com/news/your-army…
Keep in mind that US Special Forces have expanded exponentially all around the globe for the purposes of training "local forces" ever since 9/11j theintercept.com/2015/09/09/u-s…
Also keep in mind that Los Zetas, noted by many as Mexico's "most brutal Cartel" was started by members of Mexico's own Special Forces businessinsider.com/how-34-command…
The Pritzker family:
-Deeply involved in the National Crime Syndicate (Networked Italian & Jewish organized crime groups)
-Largest depositor in Castle Bank in the Bahamas, used simultaneously by Richard Nixon, the National Crime Syndicate & the CIA
-Lifelong, ardent Zionists
In 2013, JB Pritzker was the Master of Ceremonies at an event organized by Friends of the IDF, an organization which facilitates American capitalist financing for the Israeli Defense Forces as they commit genocide. JB Pritzker was also an AIPAC board member as recently as 2018
Source on the Castle Bank portion of this thread is Gus Russo's Supermob, which is essential reading for anyone interested in the role of organized crime in 20th Century American imperialism imo
In 1962, the World Zionist Organization, which cut deals with the Nazis during WW2 for Israel's benefit, claimed a "New Anti-Semitism" was emerging in "revolutionary" countries. He meant that Jews may not be able to become bourgeois & petit-bourgeois (along with everyone else)
Ironically, the same head of the WZO categorically denied that anti-Semitism existed in the USSR in 1961. He was joined by the leader of the French chapter of the WZO, who said: "After carefully studying the situation there, I found no anti-Jewish discrimination."
In one of his books, Pete Hegseth lists Russia & China alongside Turkey & Islamism, as "the other side" who advance their "belligerent interests" against the USA with the help of globalist Democrats. The book's name is "American Crusade." Trump 2 is "anti-interventionist" tho
Take a guess what Hegseth thinks of Israel in the book
This book came out 5 years ago so it's pretty unlikely Trump's aides & potentially even Trump himself were unaware of all of this.
Trump has been a good friend of both Rahm Emanuel & his Hollywood super-agent brother Ari for decades. The latter was also Trump's personal agent for a while, getting Trump his job as host of The Apprentice. Trump donated to Rahm & almost gave Ari a spot in his 1st administration
Rahm Emanuel has virtually an identical view of "protectionism" wrt China that Trump does. There's no reason to suspect he'd change much economically, which is the same approach the Biden admin took to the Trade War, cuz the bourgeoisie wants the war lol
Diddy attended Ari Emanuel's wedding in 2022, as did Rahm himself and Elon Musk. This was the peak of the still ongoing Vince McMahon/Brock Lesnar rape scandal in WWE.
Every country is full of pedos. As for killing women/ children, it's awful, but again, not unique for capitalist nations with giant militaries. If you think living in a nation where these things exist precludes you from criticizing them in other countries you are a chauvinist
When ppl say Americans should criticize their own country's cultural & institutional support for patriarchy & the abuse/murder of women & children before they can do the same to other nations, it's because they're often operating under the pretense USA doesn't take the cake
Furthermore, Russia was actually a victim of US imperialism & I would argue still is (with Putin's complicity to some extent, though obviously not as much as the 1990s). USA has never been victimized by Russian imperialism. Re: pedophilia & violence against women this is relevant
1 reason I'm a Marxist is because, as someone who found value in reason & science (though those things have evolved in meaning for me over time, as they should) Marx & Engels-& subsequently the other "heads" such as Lenin, Stalin, Mao-created the only "scientific" philosophy imo
It's true that Marxism is in the "Enlightenment tradition", but the thing people forget to point out when they talk about that, is the fact that a major part of that is how intensely Marx & Engels ultimately broke with the Enlightenment by taking it to its logical conclusion
In my opinion, the concept of "negation of the negation", which Marx & Engels did not conceive of but correctly re-defined, is probably the most radical notion in all of philosophy &/or "political science", & I would argue what Marxism is re: Enlightenment liberalism
