HIGH IMPUNITY AND CARELESSNESS BY @XiaomiNigeria SUPERVISOR
1-After the trust I have always had in the @XiaomiNigeria brand, having used one of its devices (POCO X3 PRO) for more than 2 years. I didnt imagine it will one day come to this, due to the sheer wickedness of some staff
2- On 26th of JANUARY, 2023, my device went off while i was reading some tweets. After trying to use the hard start method(power button
3- with volume button). It didnt come up, so i left the phone and called the @XiaomiNigeria sales rep that sold the device. Since she wasnt in UYO again, she directed me to their Royalline Office where i can be assisted.
4- I kept the phone on my reading table till the following morning, when i touched the phone. It was warm and i could sense there was activity on the phone. I then proceeded to charge the phone and it the white notif light on it came up. I later powered the phone it showed POCO
5- but didnt follow up on its regular booting. I clicked on the power button again but it went off and didnt come up. I then took the phone to the office, and i was asked if one of their tech guys there can work it. I said NO, that i will prefer the Xiaomi people work on it
6- I was told it will take awhile as the Supervisor-Paul Udom needs to access it first. I then left it in their care, as i told them i had important work and school files on the device which i needed to access. Hours later I called the sales rep several times and in her words,
7- "her boss will call me. I waited and i wasnt called that day. I called the following day, being persistent i was later given the Supervisors number. He didnt answer my calls at first but later told me the phone was sent out of the state for repairs of the TOP PANEL AND BATTERY
8-While i felt the problem was a software issue, i trusted the brand to be able to identify the exact cause and provide solution. I WAS BILLED #20,000 which i got a loan from a friend. I was provided with the following bank details to make payment Zenith bank(2212787410)-UNYIME
9-UDOM.
On 28th I was called to come get the device that its been repaired. On the reaching, the rep powered the phone but it wasnt coming on, she apologised and said she will inform the Supervisor.
After series of calls to him, he later told me that he will send the phone
10-"back to the engineers". So from then till early this week, its been a back and forth movement of repairs and engineers delaying. Some days back he told me they cant fix the phone anymore, and that i should come and get my money with the phone.
I was surprised
11- as he had confidently said the engineers can handle the issue. I asked WHY THEY OPENED AT FIRST, IF THEY COULDNT FIX IT
He made a statement that shocked me He boldly said,"there is no law that states, that @XiaomiNigeria must properly repair your device after dismantling for
12-repairs."
He even said i can proceed to sue @XiaomiNigeria if i wish. I inspected the phone and it looked so rough handled, I then asked if he is sure the phone was sent to their service center. He hesitated for awhile but later said it was sent to PORT HARCOURT office.
13-At this point, i have a couple of questions for @XiaomiNigeria and @Xiaomi.
1-DOES IT MEAN YOU DONT OFFER ADEQUATE SUPPORT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?BECAUSE IF MY DEVICE HAS AN ISSUE AND I CANT TRUST XIAOMI WHO DO I TURN TO?

2- IF THE SUPERVISOR IS ACTUALLY CORRECT IN SAYING, @XiaomiNigeria HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROPERLY REPAIR MY PHONE AFTER UNCOUPLING IT, DOES THIS ALSO MEAN THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILTY IN ENSURING THAT MY DEVICE REMAINS THE SAME WAY I DELIVERED TO THEM, AT THE VERY LEAST.

3- WHAT STEP CAN I TAKE IN REPAIRING MY DEVICE BECAUSE THE INFORMATION IN IT, IS VERY VALUABLE TO ME
I have lots of important school and workfiles on the phone which i dont want to lose.
16-
So far i dont know what to do again as i cant get back a device that has been rough handled. I am not even sure if the parts are complete.

PLEASE I NEED SPEEDY HELP
