BOMSHELL motion filed in Proud Boys trial.

Defense accuses Biden DOJ of "outrageous government misconduct" for withholding critical information related to a document central to DOJ case against 5 accused of "seditious conspiracy."

The seditionists are inside the house...
Samuel Arnes, a former State Department and Special Operations official, drafted the "1776 Returns" document used as key evidence in PB trial.

He just HAPPENED to share it with Enrique Tarrio's lady friend and she just HAPPENED to give it to Tarrio:

politico.com/news/2022/12/2…
DOJ and FBI convincing jury the doc is a creation of the Proud Boys when it clearly was not.
This farce of a trial continues under Judge Tim Kelly, a Trump appointee. Last week, he allowed DOJ to introduce as evidence a clip of Trump mentioning the Proud Boys during a Sept 2020 debate that had nothing to do with Jan 6.

He is invested in guilty verdicts:
One cannot expect decency from indecent prosecutors and judges.

This is Whitmer fednapping on steroids.
I really hate when I misspell a word in a critical post.

Bombshell - needed more coffee.

Prosecutors asked a judge to incarcerate a woman nearly beaten to death by DC metro police on January 6.

Her crime? Meeting with GOP lawmakers to discuss her case and deaths of 4 Trump supporters that day.

Judge Bates didn’t jail her but gave warning… theepochtimes.com/doj-sought-to-…
I told Victoria White’s story back in 2021.

DOJ is mad she rejected a plea deal and wants to go to trial. This means the truth of the vicious assault will be told.

Prosecutors are Christopher Amore and Allison Ethen.

Not only was Mark Milley deeply involved in pre-protest discussions with top Trump adm officials related to January 6, he attempted to manage local law enforcement prep and surveilled legal political orgs like the Proud Boys.

Then he covered his tracks… amgreatness.com/2023/02/06/mis…
Milley : “Immediately following the 6th, I knew the significance, and I asked my staff, freeze all your records, collate them, get them collected up. And we actually classified it at a pretty high level, and we put it on [Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System], top…
secret stuff. It’s not that the substance is classified. It was, I wanted to make sure that this stuff was only going to go to people who appropriately needed to see it, like yourselves.”

He was talking to J6 committee.

“Appropriately?”

Does anyone want to explain why the chairman of the Joint Chiefs or Staff is monitoring…the Proud Boys?
And can any Posse Comitatus experts explain how Milley didn’t violate this law—repeatedly?

He was extensively involved in assessing and even attempting to manage local law enforcement response on January 6.

Why is he asking these agencies if they wanted military assistance?
Need an org chart that shows how director of the FBI takes orders from chairman of JCOS.

Also he monitors social media for "threats" against Barack Obama?

Reviewing Mark Milley's J6 transcript and I'm pretty sure there's no one more insufferable:
Yes it's totally normal for the nation's top military official to hold an off-the-record press briefing with "news anchors" the night before a national election
because ya know he's a rule follower who stays out of domestic politics!
Rule follower and very super apolitical Mark Milley refers to Mike Lindell as "pillow man"

I'm honestly trying to figure out the latest spin on January 6--after more than 2 years of ignoring what the FBI knew, when they knew it, and the number of informants in key "militia" groups, corporate media now placing blame on law enforcement "failures?"
nbcnews.com/politics/congr…
I noted several times re: Jan 6 committee work that it didn't appear investigators had interviewed Chris Wray or Steven D'Antuono, head of Washington Field office on Jan 6.

That turned out to be the case. There's no reason for this except as a cover-up:

amgreatness.com/2022/12/19/wha…
These agencies--FBI, Capitol Police, DC Metro, DHS for name a few--were not uninformed. They were not unprepared. They chose to leave the building, grounds intentionally unsecure while police lobbed concussion grenades into the crowd and other officers allowed protesters inside.

Spent a few very productive days in DC which included covering the insane asylum otherwise known as the DC District Courthouse.

Diverted covering Proud Boys trial to cover sentencing for Russell Alford of Alabama and I’m glad I did:
Alford’s case was before Tanya Chutkan, the Obama appointee known for handing down some of the toughest sentences for J6ers.

She also wrote the opinion that rejected Trump’s claims of executive privilege before Jan 6 committee.

She’s a doozy.

apnews.com/article/capito…
Alford made the fatal mistake of declining a plea deal on 4 misdemeanors and dared to exercise his right to a jury trial (in DC) and to defend himself on the stand.

Like many Trump supporters, the jury returned a guilty verdict on same day shortly after closing arguments.
