Everyone today is all about the #SuperBowl

Meanwhile, Im all about the passive income ( $10k+ in this single weekend) that Im going to make...

Let me explain (thread 👇) Image
As many of you know, my main business Online Ceos we help business owners make $50-100k/m EXTRA just from Instagram

And we have become pretty good at it (just see the testimonials on the link in bio)

We have produced on IG more than $50,000,000

But...
I learned the hard way in 2019/2020 (went from Millionaire to working in a gas station), is that if you dont INVEST your money to make MORE, then you will lose it

Just take a look at the $ coming into your bank acc for the last year vs how much you have right now
So I decided when I managed to rebuild things from 0 in 2021 that every single time a client paid me, that I will invest that $$$

Ex:
This $25k payment = 40% of it is invested

Side note:
This client made $350k+ from what I helped him do after he paid me $25k (not a bad ROI)💰🚀 Image
But the question is, what the heck do you invest in? (and also how does this tie into the Super Bowl)

Well, for those that dont know, Super Bowl this year is In AZ, and I decided to invest and get several Airbnbs there (producing $5k-10k/m PROFIT per unit!) Image
So stop watching TV all the time, and wasting your money/time/resources in dumb stuff

Learn how to make money online, and then INVEST IT!

Watch it compound and enjoy ;)

P.S.
For those wondering who I learned from for Airbnb. His name is Jason (on IG his handle is @bnbceos )
This is one of the units I was able to get thanks to him (got it last Dec, since i knew i was going to CRUSH on Super Bowl weekend + the rest of the year)

Go DM him on IG @bnbceos if you want to make $10k/m+ in passive income w/ Airbnb

Now off to enjoy the #SuperBowl2023 😎

How I went from working in a gas station with $500,000 worth of debt and being left by my fiance.

To a 7 figure, debt-free business owner, currently living the life of his dreams.

(And the 4 lessons that changed my life forever.)

Thread.
I started my biz journey in 2016.

There's been a ton of ups and downs.

Great achievements and huge failures.

My journey started nearly 7 years ago when I first got into business and making money.

Let's start there...
I started taking business seriously in 2016 and it was the time when I got my first ever paying client.

$3500 a month.

It was for a consulting gig for Instagram growth.

Back then that was like making a million.

I'm from the Dominican Republic, so getting paid in $ was huge.

If I had to build an online business from scratch in 2023.

This is the exact 4-step plan I would follow to get to a minimum of $10k per month in the next 90 days:
Now, this is if I were starting from complete scratch, no skills, no networks, no previous influences that would benefit me.

Let's begin.
1. Pick and learn a high-income skill

The single best way to make money with an online business is to pick and learn a high-income skill and sell it as a service.

Web design, copywriting, FB ads, sales closing etc.

I would either find a course or learn from Youtube.

12 habits that are keeping you poor in 2023...
1. Spending everything and investing nothing

There's nothing wrong with wanting to treat yourself.

But you should always put a portion of your income into stocks or crypto.

This is what you should do.

50% on needs.
30% on wants
15% in investments
5% in savings
2. Abusing credit cards

Credit cards can be the worst thing for you if you don't know how to use them.

The best way to use a credit card is to buy one or two things and then pay it off early.

Pls never ever pay a credit card off with another credit card.

Debt isn't fiun

18 pieces of the worst advice I've been given that you should ignore if you want to get ahead:
1. "Forget about saving, you should invest everything"

While it isn't bad advice and you should actually invest most of your money.

You still need an emergency fund.

Imagine if you invested everything into Bitcoin and it crashed.

Now you have nothing.

Use a 70/30 ratio.
2. "Millionaires are rich because they read"

No.

Millionaires are rich because they showed up every single day for years and put the work in.

Not because they read Rich Dad Poor Dad once.

You should read. But don't think books are some magical device that guarantees money.

In 2020, I got dumped by my fiancé, went $500k in debt and had to work in a gas station.

In 2023, I'm worth 7 figures, generated $1,000,000+ for clients and worked with the likes of Grant Cardone and Alex Becker.

If I had to do it all over again, this is what I'd do: ImageImage
1. I wouldn't follow my passion

You should follow what works and then worry about passion later.

I know a ton of people who tried to monetize their passion and guess what...

They hate it now.

Focus on what works and then use your freedom to work on your passion.
2. Understand that all Ls are lessons, not losses

If I quit after every loss I took, I wouldn't be here.

Instead, I asked myself "What is this trying to teach me?"

After that, I never made the same mistake again.

Losses are learning points, not indicators to quit.

20 pieces of unconventional business advice:
1) You’ll probably learn a lot more about business from a drug dealer than you will from typical business owners. Very surprising how many people who own businesses don’t know what they’re doing.
2) Always open an LLC regardless of how much money you’re making. Get paid, put it in the LLC’s bank account and pay yourself as an employee from your own business. You’ll pay less taxes.
