Some time ago @Figmatelier challenged me to recreate the effect @rogie made in hisexceptional Noise&Texture plugin but with @figma capabilities only

I tried several approaches, including the Fourier transformation, but they all were not smooth enough.
And I also found some fun bugs. On this example all the instances have 1ms delay, but trigger at a different time @figma
