Why this matters: former NCGB Chair Brin Gibson was appointed by #Tyrant #KingBaby #Sisollini. Gibson co-authored NGCB Industry Letter 2021-26 w former NGC Chair John Moran April ‘21.

The tortured justification language of the letter tied casino’s ability to reopen fully to “vaccination penetration” of “hospitality workers”. Premise: front line “hospitality” staff were likely to catch/transmit Covid19. This purportedly would protect NV.

Note: historically, the NGCB has jurisdiction over GAMING LICENSEES, per the Gaming Control Act. It did NOT include hospitality, retail, food outlets. NRS 463.157 defines “gaming employee”. Note who 463.157(2) specifically excludes.

Why does this matter? Gaming employees are registered per NRS 463.335; the NGCB Enforcement Division conducts background investigations to determine suitability for gaming employment. No such statutory/regulatory authority exists for “hospitality workers.”

Not only did Sisolak, Gibson & Moran coerce the gaming industry to also coerce employees into getting the 💉, but also Gibson coerced NGCB employees to 💉, test & mask. He asserted in the internal memo (I received from anonymous source) employees had “choice.” But did they?

July 2021 NGCB mtg, a dozen+ Washoe & Carson City citizens delivered public comment to the Board; Gibson zoomed in from Yellowstone. We presented current scientific & medical data to the board & appealed to their duty to respect the Constitutional rights of their employees.

The Board continued its coercive 💉/testing/masking & remote working policies into late 2021.

The appointment of a new NGCB chair by a governor whose sensibilities are shaped around law & order and an understanding of regulatory abuse is a glimmer of hope for the gaming industry & its employees.

Yes, I know the 💉 was deployed at LVMPD. It was rescinded.

The “Covid Years” must not be forgotten, but more importantly, must NOT be used as a template to subjugate a free and sovereign citizenry in Nevada. Health decisions MUST be left to the individual and NOT imposed upon the bodies of free people.

Never again should manufactured fear be used to demoralize Nevadans into accepting/submitting to infringements upon their civil liberties nor should it be used to shape public policy.

NV agencies whose employees are NRS 289 POST certified NV peace officers oath sworn to uphold & defend US & NV Constitutions shd be brave to refuse unlawful orders. Those who place their mortgages ahead of their Constitutional duty to the citizens they serve shd resign.
