Video-origin platforms like Tiktok and Instagram would always make profits because people are drawn to what entertains the eye.

An average public sector worker is paid ¢2,594, which is roughly $208/month. It means workers earn less than $10/day for 28 days.

Meanwhile, that’s the same amount a govt appointee gets in entertainment allowance alone.

No wonder we all want to leave this God-forsaken Ghana.

Poor workers who earn between GHC 150 and GHC 1500 per month is an entire new conversation. Ghanaian workers are undervalued, overused, and demotivated. Too bad.
