2/ Charles McGonigal is a former head of counterintelligence of the FBI's New York City field office (who oversaw approximately 150 FBI officers).
3/ He's currently under federal indictment on multiple charges — some of which include: money laundering, making false statements in mandatory disclosures to the FBI, violating U.S. sanctions on Russia.
4/ McGonigal is alleged to have conspired with Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, who he had investigated.
5/ McGonigal retired from the FBI in September of 2018. It's not clear, at the time of this writing, if McGonigal's alleged illegal activity began before or after his retirement from the FBI.
6/ Each of these 3 images were all captured nearly simultaneously, as McGonigal arrived in Federal Court in Manhattan on 09 February 2023 (Photo Credits: Michael M. Santiago and MSNBC)
7/ All of these 4 images were taken as McGonigal left Federal Court in Manhattan on 23 February 2023 (Photo Credit: Michael M. Santiago)
8/ In all of these photos, Charles McGonigal, is to varying degrees, displaying what is known as a "Forward Lip Purse".
9/ A Forward Lip Purse is a profoundly valuable Body Language tell. It's an extremely-reliable indicator of either a (mostly, but often fully) undisclosed disagreement/deception — and/or a clandestine plan.
10/ A Forward Lip Purse is always displayed by a person who perceives themself to be an alpha personality — with significant intelligence, resources, and/or hidden advantage relative to their audience.
11/ A person displaying a Forward Lip Purse believes themself to have a high-likelihood of success in the perpetration of their lie and/or their undisclosed plan.
12/ Study carefully the Forward Lip Purse. Be careful not to confuse it with the Lateral Lip Purse or a Tight Tongue Jut — for these Body Language displays have completely different meanings.
13/ Outside the context of a literal game or a good-natured joke, you never want to see a Forward Lip Purse from your romantic partner, business partner, boss, friend, family member, etc.
14/ Upon seeing a Forward Lip Purse — protect your flank. Immediately.
15/ SUMMARY: Based on this nonverbal analysis, Charles McGonigal, former Counterintelligence officer of the FBI's NYC office, with an extremely high likelihood, has a partially or fully undisclosed plan and/or deception. Investigators should proceed with this knowledge...

1/ THREAD: This mind-blowing direct time-lapsed imaging shows 4 Planets Orbiting Star (HR 8799, most of its light is blocked out in the center of video) 133.3 light-years away.
2/ The vast majority of exoplanets, thus far, have been discovered using Transit Photometry. The 4 planets shown here are quite large (5.7 to 7.8 Jupiter Masses), relatively close to us (in astronomical terms), ...
3/ ... and their orbital planes' are roughly perpendicular to us, affording our larger telescopes (this one utilized Keck Observatory) direct views of the planets...
2/ Immediately after today's 5th round of voting for the Speaker of the House today, an important nonverbal exchange occurred between Matt Gaetz and Victoria Spartz (both Republicans) on the floor of the House.
3/ What follows is a Body Language Analysis of that moment.
1/ THREAD: Stefan Passantino's witness tampering
Stefan Passantino's (and others') actions, instructing a witness under oath (Cassidy Hutchinson), telling her to say, "I don't recall" when they do in fact recall, is a lie. A lie of omission is a lie.
2/ His actions are completely unethical and illegal. Passantino, et. al., should be permanently disbarred and prosecuted for witness tampering.
3/ Note Passantino's classic manipulative language when talking with Hutchinson:
"I don’t want you to perjure yourself, but ‘I don’t recall’ isn’t perjury. They don’t know what you can and can’t recall,"
1/ THREAD: In one sense, is this an ironic statement? Yes. Yet, this is more so an example of an over-steer/admission of guilt/confession. Think for a moment if those two murders and the third shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin were unsolved. This is a self-own.
2/ Other examples of this similar behavior are: Trump's calling for the Death Penalty for drug dealers (When what he's really doing is threatening his dealers not to rat on his own drug decades-long drug abuse).
3/ Or Homophobic individuals behavior toward the LGBTQ community and yet who very often are filled with self-hatred.
1/ THREAD: "I have now reached the point where I may indicate briefly what to me constitutes the essence of the crisis of our time. It concerns the relationship of the individual to society..."
2/ "...The individual has become more conscious than ever of his dependence upon society. But he does not experience this dependence as a positive asset, as an organic tie, as a protective force, but rather as a threat to his natural rights, or even to his economic existence..."
3/ "...Moreover, his position in society is such that the egotistical drives of his make-up are constantly being accentuated, while his social drives, which are by nature weaker, progressively deteriorate..."
1/ THREAD:
"The mass of men serve the state thus,
not as men mainly,
but as machines, with their bodies.
They are the standing army,
and the militia, jailers, constables, posse comitatus, etc..."
2/ "In most cases, there is no free exercise whatever
of the judgment or the moral sense;
but they put themselves on a level with wood and earth and stones;
wooden men can perhaps be manufactured that will serve the purpose as well..."
3/
"Such command no more respect than men of straw or a lump of dirt.
They have the same sort of worth only as dogs and horses.
Yet such as these even are commonly esteemed good citizens..."
