Society is weak because it’s hard to be strong!
If you believe you are strong, than lead by example.

Leading by example means you focus on a strict code of principles and not what others are lacking.
Our world is divided by savior mentality and zero compassion.

I have supported my husband as a proud army wife and watched him fight for our country and freedom long before politics were in our homes or in our minds.
Our convictions come from:

The love for our country.

The love for those fighting for freedom

And the love for our family.

Not for who is President.
Not for anyone’s acceptance.
Not because we follow a blind narrative.
Doing the right thing isn’t easy.

The most difficult tasks are what bring the biggest rewards and our future is dependent on strong mental health.
Even though many in our society choose to be weak, viewing strength as a weakness.

The strong will alway protect the weak, because without the strong
the weak could NEVER survive.

An American beach in the 1950s.

Everyone is slim, tanned & beautiful.

Nobody is Keto, Paleo or Vegan.

So what happened? Let’s take a look 👇
I have been into fitness & health my whole life.

The past 10 years I’ve seen a good trend towards diet & exercise.

Despite that, people are bigger than ever. Why?

Let’s rewind time & take a look. 👇
1. Saturated Fats

In the 50s, heart attacks became increasingly common.

People demanded answers.

The AHA suggested people reduce their saturated fat intake to prevent heart attacks.

Even though humans ate butter, lard & tallow for thousands of years, fats were blamed.

Marriage is dead & women played a big role in killing it.

Here are 5 reasons why young people aren’t getting married:
I have been married for over 20 years.

It breaks my heart when people don’t value it as they should.

But to be honest, it’s not all their fault; most were poorly raised.

Here are the reasons I think fewer couples are getting married 👇
1) Too risky

Men no longer see any benefit to marriage.

70% of divorces are initiated by women (80% if college educated.)

Courts favor women in the separation of assets, children & alimony.

Men see the system is against them and won’t take the risk.

Women are some of the biggest scammers on social media; let me explain:

If you fall for a post or DM like this, you’re being scammed.
If you believe women who look like her are alone & horny, just waiting for you, you’ve been brainwashed by the porn industry.

90% of the time, these “horny women” aren’t posting.

Their profiles are run by men fooling you into throwing cash to pixels so to line their pockets.
What’s worse…

Most of the time, they are impersonating the person in the photo, & that model has no idea it’s happening.

There are thousands of fake profiles using stolen identities hacked off the internet to pay cyber hackers' bills.

The irony of beauty standards:

The media will tell you beauty is based on perceptions.

They say everyone is beautiful.
Is this true, or is it just another way to make money?

The truth is beauty standards have changed throughout history.

Let’s look over the last 3,000 years.
Ancient Egypt (c. 1292 – 1069 B.C.)

A high-value female had these characteristics:

Slim
High Waist
Narrow Shoulders
Symmetrical facial features
Ancient Greece (c. 500 – 300 B.C.)

A high-value female was described by:

Full figure
Fair Skinned
Almost plus size in today’s society

Men faced a much higher standard of beauty and perfection than women. Women were considered “malformed” compared to men.

If you’re building a brand, this is for you:

First impressions.

No matter what anyone says, they’re not that important.
Do you know what is important? Consistency.

It’s how the best brands keep their audience coming back repeatedly.

In today’s digital world, breaking through the noise seems to be harder and harder.
With competition on every platform, how do people pick what to consume?

It comes down to aligning with a company’s values.

This means you need to be upfront and clear about your values.

Doing so will develop deep brand loyalty within your audience.

There’s a cultural shift going on.

Have you noticed it? Can you see it?

It’s a shift from a free to a slave economy.

This is the thread every American needs to read:
How do we go from a free to a slave economy?

Birth children and immediately inject toxins into them.

Stamp the souls of their feet to register them into the system.

Indoctrinate children with a public school system, excluding life skills.
Alter History to control the narrative and label those who disagree with a mental health disorder & medicate them.

Brainwash media into “facts.”

Raising a culture on a hamster wheel, create a lifestyle that puts you into debt, loss of freedom, & competing with your neighbor.
