1/10 First know how many sections, then skim through those, including local, national, & international news, as well as opinion, editorial & special features.
2/10 Look for articles and stories that interest you or that cover topics you want to learn more about.
3/10Pay attention to the bylines to see who wrote the article and what their expertise is.
4/10 Read critically and be aware of any potential biases or agendas in the reporting.

Nellie is a cluster of approximately sixteen villages in Morigaon in Assam. On February 18, 1983, Hindu Assamese and indigenous tribal neighbors attacked Nellie killing almost 2,000 people in just a span of a few hours.
