Alright I’m going to live tweet the fungus protocol…
You could never accuse this of not doing *something*. I feel like I have the flu … mixed with something else, a certain grossness like nausea but something else
Today the world smells sick. The inside of my nose smells sick. Everything everywhere smells sick.
I do not have a resting bpm if 120
Nothing much to report. Had to pull doses back to1/4 and add taurine to shit down cortisone. The sinus wash is a killer - burns
World does not smell anyone, probably because the sinus wash destroyed my ability to smell
stuffy nose, eating raw pounded rosemary which is gross. Able to do normal things, no pain or pain killers. Sleeping quite a bit. Everything smells like tee tree oil and dear god that burns your sinuses.
Day 6.
Not feeling out of breath apart from occasionally when lying down. Suffocating feeling has gone.
the feeling I had on day 3-4 was poisoning. It felt like being poisoned, apparently common when a bunch of candida is killed off.
very tired and sleeping lots. No need for any pain killers.
Day 9- all the mushrooms are dying, and I feel like a mushroom
I give this day 2/10
On we go, killing the mushrooms and fungus
Should have said - still no need for pain killers. Did go to my son's birthday party at his childcare and I took myself to the shops. First time I've been able to leave the house since new years.
Day 10. Dialled it up too much and made for a sick morning. Butttt it's productive sick, unlike 'no one knows what to do sick'. We sure are doing something.
Still not needed any pain killers, lots of neurological stuff has settled. No migraines.
Day 11
Die off passed, no longer feel gross and nauseas and like fungus is coming out of my pores.
No pain killers, no migraines, many neuropathic things gone, others (e.g. tremor) greatly reduced.
I am not willing to accept I have been 50% mushroom for a year
If I stay good today and tomorrow, my reward is adding in the next mushroom killer.
all I can think is 'whelp, this explains a lot' #day12
*now
I cannot have enough NAC baths, enough sinus rinses etc. Not enough in the world.
Increasingly feeling like I have the sinus infection of a life time and less like a bundle of neurological mayhem.
You really cant guess where the infect. is - ninja fungus #day13
Herxheimer Herxheimer Herxheimer, don't let it get outta hand (hence pause day). Community of practice is here - discord.com/invite/CAMXV78
I'll be nebulising saline and NAC all morning (sinus and yeah that's gonna get chesty so it's a bit scary)
Woops, above is day #15.
I've noticed not everyone is reacting as strongly as me, it might be because I messed up the protocol and dosed myself to the max on a harsh compound. It certainly got things moving, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Gaining cognitive functioning as I go, I can now coherently explain a bit more. The premise is that your immune system is flipped - wrong bit is on, right bit is off. Virals and general immune overload did this. Candida/fungus is often missed and notoriously tricky. ...
that's why it provides such an important inroads. At some point, everyone elses experience suggests, your immune system will flip back and start fighting the right fight with you. It takes faith (or desperation, I don't know).
I keep thinking back to the fires and how we organised through networks to keep people safe from the smoke.
It just seems that in the end times, it's your community who will save you (thanks for the nebuliser!)
You can make some decent hypothesise about the patterns. Vax has the relapse remit that covid doesn't seeeeem to have (?) (noting a lot of ppl are mixed covid exposure and vax now). My experience has been short periods where everything just stops and I'm suddenly normal.
So it could be a brief system flip, before the feedback loops get going again because the intervention didnt last long enough (happened when I started and took too big a dose, also others have had remission with NAC then return. Keep on-top of All The Thing on-going is a '?'
But it's a less scary question when you have more knowledge of what is going on and you can help your body where you can with the latent viruses (prevention/treatment etc - hopefully they go dormant?!?!), and continue to fight candida (we all always have some degree of issue)
Ohhh, so that's what it looks like when your body starts winning. You'd never doubt you had it at this point. #day16
What's grosser, stealth fungus or immune system response to it?
#day16 starting to feel more like I have the sinus infection of a lifetime, and less neuro stuff. Finally proportionate to the problem I think.
@joshual_tm 's comments worth including here:
"a combination of specific types of pathogens can cause it… Candida happens to be a special case because of its characteristics. " .
And streptococcus is in the mix with it.
This is the grossest thing I've ever experienced
😅
Neurologist and I went back through by CT. No sign of the raging (I sound like I've had the flu these last two weeks) infection. Ninja fungus, who knew 🤷♀️
From hair test and skin test, I have major mineral deficiencies. Also a pattern for LC and Vax injury, VI also has high levels of silver for unknown reasons
just addressing major malnutrition at the moment (opportunistic infections ate all my minerals and vitamins).
Going to bounce between addressing malnutrition and killing candida, for a while. Feel free to message if interested. I'll come back here if something exciting happens :)
(still pain killer free, other drugs on minimal levels now, no migraines but much sinus pain, need nutrients)
Day 5 of treating horrific mineral depletion, a tiny spark of life. Like death warming up, rather than feeling like death not warmed up.
As minerals go up, body finds more pathogens to kill... in my face. Ew.

For 3+ years now I have been professionally and personally expected to defend a medical intervention that nearly cost me my life, and caused suffering beyond what I thought the human body was capable of enduring or experiencing
We have reached a point…
Where the biggest journals in medicine are calling for transparency on Covid vaccines, are highlighting carcinogenic components that have been put in them.
I have met ppl who have lost loved ones. I have met people who have suffered in ways you would barely believe
I have met doctors who have been sanctioned for trying to place reports about injured patients
And I have personally read 1000 case reports of ppl injured or killed, and 40 released under FOI from the TGA that included child deaths from heart attacks
After a day of meetings with LC and disability researchers and community, I can't help but reflecting on how we have seen patient centred arguments emerge across so many fields and what this means for LC /1
The LC community share so much knowledge in online groups. They know what treatments seem to help/that some can hurt/what supplements and vitamins help them etc.
There is so much knowledge in those groups, often a great deal more than people get from their doctors /2
Across multiple fields we have seen a convergence around the value of lived experience and experiential knowledge.
Disability justice has, on the back of HIV/AIDs, rightly argued for 'nothing about us without us'.
I'm just going to write this so it's done and said.
My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer - liver, bone, breast all at diagnosis. I moved in with her for a year and looked after her with my dad. It was heart breaking - I wrote a book about it. I lost her at 33
In all the time I cared for her I only saw her truly suffering once - in the hours before she died. And we had the pal care team, and we kept her sedated and comfortable. She lived a fairly normal life for the year she was dying.
I have been a severe MECFS/LC/VI patient
I've interviewed and spoken to dozens and dozens of severe patients/their families.
They suffer in ways I never saw my mum suffer. They suffer in ways I never would have let my mum suffer.
When I say MECFS causes more suffering than cancer...
INFa, the part of your immune system that fights viruses, gets stuck on.
INF-gamma that fights pathogens becomes suppressed. Pathogens begin to accumulate, largely behind biofilm
The body can’t see them to fight them, and is too suppressed.
Many are fungal infections. They use your minerals. This creates malnutrition. The body increasingly dysregulates as it fights too many battles without the nutrients to function properly.
@joshual_tm is a biochemist who has done the most comprehensive disease modelling I’ve ever seen.
A very large cohort of people have been working with him on a protocol. This is what I did
The photo that went viral is of the infection my body was blind to for
Okay this is gross, but I feel like it's important for people to understand.
I was dying from a systemic candida infection and secondary malnutriton.
You could not see a single sign of infection on my body.
Then, we turned my immune system back on:
it's time to talk about why steroids are dangerous in LC/VI. It's time to talk about the inadequate nature of serum testing (mine were pretty fine).
It's time to talk about the headaches, the fatigue, the brain fog, the weakness. That's your mitochondria breaking down from malnutrition.
You can't tough out mitochondrial fragmentation. You can't CBT it away. You can't graded exercise it away.
