After further consideration, we have decided to pull out of hosting Sophie Labelle aka Assigned Male at Temperance Street this weekend. 
This is due in part to the current campaign by a small group of individuals which has now turned into an attack on ourselves, and relatedly, threats made against our own livelihood and safety.
We wanted to remain true to our principles and refuse to bow to transphobia and hatred

But we have to prioritise the physical safety of ourselves, our staff, and our customers, and that means pulling out of the tour.
We are sure many people will view this a "U-turn" and continue to demonise us for this decision. Relatedly, we will not engage further on this matter
