1.So… I’ve stayed quiet on the @CoinKoda Project & Token, since I left the business May 2022, but after a couple of recent conversations I thought it was about time people heard my side of the story. #KODA 🧵👇
@CoinKoda 2.I’m don’t want to FUD the project or business FYI just the founder James. He’s manipulative and should not be trusted in anyway shape or form.
@CoinKoda 3.On the 21st of June 2021 I and a select few whales in @CoinKoda where sent a business proposal to buy shares in Summit BC and everything JG does in crypto moving forward (I still have this video if anyone would like to see it if they doubt me)
@CoinKoda 4. In this video James explained essentially how we owned too much Koda Tokens between us and that this would stop new investors coming in. So the proposal was we send back x amount of tokens for a share in the business.
@CoinKoda 5.Which sounded great to me as I believed in the project long term and I knew the plans we had
@CoinKoda 6.Skip forward to July 1st 2021 I paid for my shares bscscan.com/tx/0xb80866fd6… which at the time was roughly $80-$90k in Koda and around $676k at the top, mad I know!
@CoinKoda 7.I stayed with the business until May of 2022 and enjoyed my time there but ultimately left for a few reasons which I won’t go in to here as it’s not necessary at this moment in time.
@CoinKoda 8.Upon my leaving the community were told I’d be staying on as an advisor and would still be about as a shareholder in the business.
@CoinKoda 9.Fast forward to today. I asked about my shares, how the business is going and what plans there are in the future, James promptly replied “Ok, can you show me what shares were bought please and the agreement”
@CoinKoda 10.He knows and has been reported saying in a group with his close friends “there was no official agreement, so what can they do”. The people that were included in purchasing shares of the company requested a contract many times
@CoinKoda 11.But he said it was too difficult to do and gave many reasons why he couldn’t do it. But the video of him is enough of a contract.
@CoinKoda 12.After saying I have evidence of ownership I was then told “since the business has changed” and I didn’t work for the company anymore I am no longer entitled to shares and should accept the loss or take it as a life lesson…..
@CoinKoda 15.How can you trust the founder of a company that not only has had tons of accusations flying around about them but has also screwed over not one but multiple people who bought shares in his business. Do you really want to leave your money in his hands?
@CoinKoda 16.FYI all this was prompted by me asking for an update on how the business was doing and what the plans are moving forward. I have never asked for money from James.
@CoinKoda 17.You may also see the wallet and notice I was paid by the company upon leaving. I sold all of my tokens back to the business upon leaving for the amount I bought them for to not dump on you the community.
@CoinKoda 18.I sold these at way below market value at the time. I have always acted with honesty and integrity.
@CoinKoda 19.To summarise, James manipulated me into handing over $90k ($676k at the top) for shares in his business and all his future crypto projects to then be told I don’t own anything.
