Folks, to explain re: the existing footage you've seen. As WaPo reported, J6C had access, but was very careful about what they released.

That video is "owned" by Congress, and presumably McCarthy bossed someone around to give Carlson access.
The other place you've seen video come out is via prosecutions. A media coalition has fought, defendant by defendant, to release video that is used in detention hearings, trials, or sentencing. Some of it is here.

In the NYT, @HeaphyTimothy suggests that DOJ only asked for J6C transcripts close to beginning of hearings.
