Dear Friends ~ I know I've been sporadic about posting and sharing why. I have a difficult time explaining what is going on in my life where it is painful to talk about. Many of you know about Lexi and Freya and their stories.
Today we had to say goodbye to Lexi. Last Monday she was fine, I had an eye doctor to get new glasses. I was gone an hour when my youngest son called me and asked if she had been hit by a car . . . she was unable to move her back end. We went to the vet that afternoon;
they thought she had either thrown a blood clot to the spine, or she pulled something. They gave her steroids and pain pills. The vet rechecked her Friday since she hadn't improved and added muscle relaxers. Today when they did the x-ray they saw no issues relating to the spine

The Founders of the US Constitution believed it would be rewritten within 30 years; it did not contemplate constitutional review by any court. The amendment process would handle all the weird discrepancies that was self-evident in the tortured but plain language of the text.
In 1803 the Supreme Court (Marbury v Madison) took power NOT granted to them by Article 3 and established the court’s power of judicial review and binding precedent effectively permitted the court and Congress to rewrite the Constitution. law.cornell.edu/wex/marbury_v_…
