As I neither conceal nor apologize for, my approach to politics is to make so much noise that the people making decisions can’t ignore it. I propose that we do exactly this next Sunday at UAA, at the legislative town hall.

This is just what Save Anchorage used to do, and their tactics were effective if their cause questionable: Show up in numbers and dominate the conversation.

So I need all of you in Anchorage who are willing and able to show up at Rasmuson Hall next Sunday and (politely) demand to know what each member of the House intends to do about David Eastman.

Eastman has been kicked off committees, censured twice, and is currently under ethics investigation. He is plainly unfit for office and a remedy is at hand: expulsion.

As @scooterkendall has pointed out, the AK constitution plainly invests each chamber of the legislature with the power to judge the qualifications of its members, and to expel.

Alaskans deserve a vote, and to know where their representatives stand. Demand such a vote next Sunday. Yes, even if someone else has already asked. Dominate the conversation.

I do understand that there are many other issues of concern before the legislature besides David Eastman, but he has made *himself* a distraction and nothing of use can be done until this mattered is settled.
