The forums will tell you: Forget the official GP-CAHMS-CRUMLIN pipeline and go for @GenderGP. Gender GP is expensive but you’ll be rubbing that synthetic testosterone into your upper arm fat in no time. 4/

And if you can’t afford GenderGP, go check out Tomas Ahern in Our Lady’s in Drogheda. He’s rude, but he *allegedly* hives hormones to kids on a case-by-case basis. 5/
